1. Introduction

Welcome to Premier Competition's privacy policy.

Premier Competition respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This policy explains in detail how we collect, process, and protect your data when you use our platform, whether you participate in paid ticket competitions, free entries, or use Premier Marketplace to buy, sell, or offer products as prizes.

Our goal is to provide complete transparency and clearly explain:

• What data we collect and why;
• How this data is used;

3. Personal Data Collection

Personal data is information through which you can be identified. We collect the following categories:

• Identification data: first name, last name, date of birth, account username.
• Contact data: address, email, phone number.
• Financial data: processed through third parties (PayPal, Stripe, Cashflows).
• Transaction data: tickets purchased, prizes claimed, order history.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, version, operating system, plugins, approximate location.
• Profile data: username, password, Marketplace preferences.
• Usage data: how you interact with the platform, competitions, and Marketplace.
• Marketing and communication data: newsletter preferences, promotions, contact with the Premier team.
• Aggregated data: anonymous statistics about platform usage.

Explanatory notes: We only collect data necessary for: competition participation, prize delivery, account administration, and Marketplace operations. In case of winning a prize, additional data may be collected for delivery purposes.

4. Free Entry Participation

Users can participate in competitions for free by post:

Address: Via dei Platani, 80, 00172, Roma, Italia.

Required data: full name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, answer to the competition question.

Each entry must be sent separately.

Incomplete or illegible entries are disqualified.

Unsold or unallocated tickets at the time of the drawing will generate a new number until a sold ticket is drawn, ensuring the prize goes to a real participant.

Transparency: Participant names appear in the public database. Thus, anyone can verify who participated and the correctness of the draws.

Example: If a competition has 10,000 tickets and 9,000 have been sold, there are 1,000 free tickets. The winning ticket will be selected from one of the sold ones. If a free ticket is drawn, a new number is generated.

5. Premier Marketplace

The Marketplace allows users to offer prizes for competitions:

Who can sell: individuals, stores, suppliers, or users without their own prizes who offer alternatives.

What can be sold: houses, cars, tech products, jewelry. Cash or digital products are not accepted.

Price and tickets: If a product is worth 7,000 GBP, up to 30% additional tickets can be generated, but Premier Competition adjusts the total for taxes, for example 15,000 tickets. The owner receives 9,100 tickets, the rest goes to the platform.

Validation: Each Marketplace competition is verified by the Premier team before listing.

Unavailable prizes: If a product is no longer available, the winner receives 50% of the value in Premier tickets or a similar/more valuable product.

Badges and visibility: Verified competitions remain at the top of the Marketplace; others may drop to secondary pages.

False or fraudulent prizes: If a product is misleading (e.g., car with false mileage), the winner can choose the value in GBP. The owner is not paid, and the prize is compensated directly by Premier Competition.

Examples:

• A £130,000 house can be offered as a prize; if not available, the cash equivalent is offered.
• A £1,000 phone can be sold with 1,200 tickets, and Premier adjusts the total for taxes and the winner.

6. Data Use and Marketing

Data is used for account administration, competitions, and the Marketplace.

Marketing is only done with explicit consent.

Unsubscribing from newsletters or promotions does not affect prize delivery or other essential services.

Premier Competition may use aggregated anonymous data for statistics and optimization.

7. Data Security and Storage

Data is protected against loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

Security breaches are managed in accordance with applicable legislation.
